Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

Package with Care

Place the items securely in their original Untamed Petals box to prevent damage during transit and attach the return label to the exterior.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive an email notification as soon as our studio team has processed your refund or exchange.
